Directions For Use
- Wet animals thoroughly.
- Apply ZYMOX Advanced Enzymatic Shampoo directly to the coat.
- Wash Entire animal, concentrating on problem areas.
- Leave on coat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- For best results, follow with ZYMOX Zymox Advanced Enzymatic Conditioner.

Returns. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. For pet safety, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables, medications, prescription products, or final sale items. To start a return, email sales@thepetperch.com with your order number. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
