We want every pet parent to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right — while maintaining strict product safety standards for all pets.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you have your order confirmation or order number, and the return has been approved before being sent back.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure pet safety and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on opened or used consumables (food, treats, supplements, topicals), medications or fish antibiotics, prescription or veterinary-formula products, and final sale items.

How to Start a Return

Email sales@thepetperch.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and your reason for the return. We'll respond within 2 business days with approval and return instructions.

Important: Returns must be sent only to the address provided in your approval email. Items sent to any other address cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover it. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Orders cannot be canceled once processed or in transit. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at sales@thepetperch.com — changes cannot be guaranteed but we'll do our best.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thepetperch.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
