What if my order is incorrect?

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thepetperch.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and carrier availability. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and most arrive within 2–10 business days. Expedited shipping may be available for select items and will appear at checkout if applicable.

Payment Information

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thepetperch.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll resolve it for you at no cost.

Why does the refund amount exclude delivery?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). This is because shipping costs are paid directly to the carrier at the time of your order and cannot be recovered once the package has shipped.
