Performing a partial water change beforehand minimizes organic waste and reduces environmental stress.

2. Aquarium Dosing Instructions Administer 250 mg of amoxicillin per 10 gallons (38 L) or 500 mg per 20 gallons (76 L) of aquarium water. Separate the capsule halves, pre-dissolve the powder in a small container of aquarium water, and distribute evenly across the water surface. Repeat the dose every 24 hours for a duration of 5 to 10 days. Conduct a partial water change between consecutive treatments. If no clinical improvement is observed within 5 days, halt treatment and consult a licensed veterinarian.

3. Administration in Non-Food Avian Species Fix Mox may be administered to non-food pet birds (such as pigeons) strictly under the direct supervision and dosage regimen prescribed by a licensed avian veterinarian. Capsules are typically opened and thoroughly incorporated into soft food or dissolved in fresh drinking water to ensure complete delivery.
