Shipping. Orders ship from the US and are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Returns. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
