Returns. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. For pet safety, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables, medications, prescription products, or final sale items. To start a return, email sales@thepetperch.com with your order number. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it.
