Fix ZOLE (Metronidazole) exerts a bactericidal action on gram positive and some gram negative bacteria. It is effective against a number of pathogentic bacteria associated with ornamental Fix diseases, including areomonas and pseudomonas genera and mysobacterial group (gill diseases, chondrococcus). It is useful in the control of "Hole-in-the-Head" and "Angel Problems" in Cichlid and Discus.

Repeat in 24 hours. It is suggested that a partial water change be made between treatments. While treatment duration depends on type and severity of the infection, it is recommended that extended medication baths continue for a minimum of 5 days and not more than 10 days. Discontinue treatment with this medication if no improvement is noted within 5 days. To remove harmless yellow color, change 20% of water and use charcoal filter until clear.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Fix Antibiotics are for aquarium use only. Intended for ornamental Fix and/or ornamental organisms, and not intended for use with Fix that are intended for human consumption.

Storage: Keep lid tightly fastened and store at controlled room temperature of 59°–86°F (15°–30°C).
