Directions:
Position the boot around the horse’s leg, ensuring proper alignment over the tendon area. Secure using the three hook-and-loop straps, then fasten the Velcro sling for additional support. Adjust as needed for a snug but comfortable fit.

- Small: fits 13.2 to 14.2 hands
- Medium: fits 14.3 to 16 hands
- Large: fits 16 to 17.2 hands
Shipping. Orders ship from the US and are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive within 2 to 10 business days, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on supplier location.
Returns. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. For pet safety, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables, medications, prescription products, or final sale items. To start a return, email sales@thepetperch.com with your order number. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
