Shipping. Orders ship from the US and are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive within 2 to 10 business days, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Returns. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. For pet safety, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables, medications, prescription products, or final sale items. To start a return, email sales@thepetperch.com with your order number. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it.
