ZYMOX® Advanced Enzymatic Conditioner is formulated to soothe, hydrate, and relieve sensitive, extremely dry, itchy, or irritated skin of pets of any age with gentle, hypoallergenic and pH balanced ingredients. Can be used three ways: lightly rinsed off, used as a leave-on, or applied full-strength as a cream to problematic areas. Does not contain silicone or parabens. Dries non-greasy.

Directions For Use
- Apply directly to wet fur.
- Massage in thoroughly.
- Lightly rinse or leave on to dry
- For problem areas, can be applied full strength as as lotion and allowed to dry.
- Recommended for use after ZYMOX Advanced Enzymatic Shampoo.

Shipping. Orders ship from the US and are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive within 2 to 10 business days, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on supplier location.
Returns. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. For pet safety, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables, medications, prescription products, or final sale items. To start a return, email sales@thepetperch.com with your order number. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect orders. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thepetperch.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
